It is a must to take into account students' individual needs and, as it is possible, attempt to fulfill those needs. I actually incorporate to my own teaching methodology some aspects from other different approaches to teaching English. I also take advantage of the intrinsic motivation of the students to learn and, I boost the extrinsic motivation by being aware of the students' multiple intelligences.
