The following activity shows my point of view regarding the approach mentioned above: In the lesson of demonstrative adjectives and the use of the words "one" and "ones", the students express their preferences about shopping for clothes; they talk about their favorite colors, sizes, brands and places they go shopping. Then, by using visuals and realia, they interact with the topic of the lesson in a meaningful way. Role playing is part of the interaction where grammar is taught and learnt in real context.
